We loved the hotel's charming and cozy atmosphere, as well as its excellent location. It was so close to everything, yet tucked away from the main tourist areas. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, with great access to trains, boats, cafes/restaurants, and churches. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short walk from the main bus station and about 15 minutes from Rialto. It was also close to the historical center, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, being situated in a quieter residential area provided a peaceful atmosphere.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the main tourist area and a relief after a day of exploring. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impressive, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering us alternative options when needed. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the canal. The breakfast area was spacious and had a great variety of food. The location was perfect, close to bus stops and the railway station, yet tucked away from the touristy areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with excellent location and outstanding decor. It was within walking distance to the main train station and bus stop, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel staff spoke good English and shared lots of helpful information with us. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, and we were lucky to be upgraded to a massive room with a balcony and an excellent view. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed eating in the pretty courtyard garden. We also want to mention the amazing customer service provided by Gabriella, who always had a smile on her face and promptly attended to our requests. it was a great experience.
