I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond, making my partner's birthday extra special. Great location close to the port, making it convenient to explore the surrounding islands and visit San Marco square. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a true Venetian experience. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were spotless and in good working condition.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was super central, making it very convenient and easy to get to. I loved being in the heart of Venice, close to the restaurant where I attended a special celebration dinner. The hotel facilities were great, with a kettle, tea bags, and coffee sachets provided in the room. The cleanliness was impeccable - the room was so clean, I could eat off the floor! The staff was also helpful, as someone escorted me to my room upon arrival.

Not obvious to find.

Location: The hotel is in the centre of everything, just a short walk to St. Mark's Square and close to restaurants and bars. It was also conveniently located near the restaurant where we attended a special celebration dinner. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Transportation: It was easy to get access to public transportation, such as ACTV and water taxis, allowing us to explore the city with ease.

Cannot find any fault.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and the beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had the best air conditioning in the city, keeping the room cool even during the hot summer days. We enjoyed a lovely view of the canals from our room and loved sitting out on the small veranda, watching the daily goings-on. The location was perfect, right near the Rialto bridge and in the center of everything.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, as it was very close to the Rialto bridge and the famous market. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a ferry stop, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with the rooms and facilities being immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check-out so we could continue exploring the city.
